1. Definitions and Interpretation

Where these Terms & Conditions refer to "including", this is not to be construed as limiting the generality of the preceding words. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. References to "days" mean calendar days unless stated otherwise.

Acceptable verification documents include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address dated within the last three months. 3. Account Obligations and Security

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by tk7779's gross negligence, to the extent that such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

11.1 Dispute Resolution Process

Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full response within five business days. 11.3 Governing Law

12. Amendments and Termination

Upon verified closure request, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable deductions) will be returned to your designated payment method, provided all KYC and verification requirements have been met and no investigations are pending.

12.3 Account Termination by tk7779

tk7779 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, poses a fraud or legal risk, or where required to do so by a competent authority. In cases of confirmed prohibited conduct, the entire account balance may be forfeited.

12.4 Survival
